Abstract:
In order to reduce the loss of lives and property of the people in emergency, evacuation model of large-scale transportation network which was suited to China's national conditions was studied. Firstly, the disaster influence matrix was proposed by analyzing the type and diffusion mode of emergent disasters as well as its influence on large-scale network transport capacity. Then, the evacuation plan gave first place to public transport and used private car as supplement. The evacuation model of large-scale transportation network was built, which was composed of selection module of evacuation virtual starting point, selection module of virtual evacuation destination, flow distribution module, and prediction module of evacuation time. At last, the model was applied to the actual and virtual network. The results show that this model can get the optimal evacuation route and distribute vehicle flow rapidly in a short time. For the large and complex transportation network, optimal evacuation route is worked out and real-time flow is obtained within 1 minute. The proposed model can provide a basis for decision-makers who make the evacuation plans, improve the efficiency of evacuation, and reduce the loss of lives and property. 1 tab, 5 figs, 11 refs.
