Abstract:
In order to improve the anti-wear property of lubricant oil used in methanol gasoline engine, four-ball tester was used to study the impact of additive on anti-wear property of lubricant oil through orthogonal tests in this paper. A new type of compound lubricant oil which fit methanol fuel engines was used to reduce the corrosion and abrasion in engines. The results show that the optimal volume of MoDDP, T205, T203 is from 0.4% to 0.6%, from 0.8% to 1.2%, and from 1.5% to 2.0% respectively, and when the additives' composition ratio is MoDDP:T205:T203=2:4:5, the tested oil has the best anti-wear performance. 10 tabs, 2 figs, 8 refs.
