Abstract:
From the person, machine(material), and environment of the construction project construction item management three main management factors embarked, this paper analyzed the influence of the relations of human with machine, human with environment, human with thing, and machine(material)with environment on the safety management in engineering construction. According to Chinese construction management of the actual situation, the bar chain management model was introduced to study the balance of construction, machine(material)and environment. It was found the comprehensive ability number can evaluate the safety management of construction enterprise, to optimize the safety management resources rationally. An example shows this model is feasible. 1 fig, 10 refs.
