Abstract:
In order to solve the problem for evaluating particle size distribution on the surface of EACCP, a method is proposed based on digital image processing. This method used digital image technology to obtain the images of EACCP. The shapes of exposed-aggregates were obtained based on particle morphological feature, the areas and diameters of exposed-aggregates were calculated. The correlation-coefficient and area coefficient of variation were used to evaluate particle size distribution. The result shows that this method can avoid the artificial subjective. The calculating area can be extended, the deviation of particle size distribution can be reduced. The closed degree of particle size distribution can be reflected by the correlation-coefficient. The average of particle size distribution can be shown by the coefficient of variation. 5 tabs, 9 figs, 8 refs.
