Abstract:
Aimed at design of corrugated steel webs in structure of longspan PC composite boxgirder with corrugated steel webs, shearing strength, local buckling strength and composite buckling strength were calculated. The graph about the local shear buckling limit boundary and the total shear buckling limit boundary are drawn based on the calculated results for the design of large span boxgirder bridges with corrugated steel webs. Design materials of some boxgirder bridges with the corrugated steel webs built in the world are summarized. The results indicate that geometrical parameters about corrugated steel webs can be designed with shear buckling limit boundary graphs. General design method and process which can provide reference for design of corrugated steel web summarized for the corrugated steel web. 1 tab, 3 figs, 10 refs.
