Abstract:
As a kind of active pavement snow and ice control technology, electric heating snow-melting pavement can efficiently and intelligently realize the anti-slip safety supply of road surface under the cold environment in winter, which was a new field of multidisciplinary deep cross-fertilization and one of the research hotspots in the direction of intelligent pavement in recent years. In order to summarize the shortcomings of existing research on this technology and promote the development of pavement snow-melting technologies, the current situation of domestic and foreign research on electric snow-melting pavement technology was systematically summarized, and a comparative analysis on the working principle, system composition and related technical issues of electric heating snow-melting pavement technology was conducted. Firstly, the working principle of electric heating snow-melting pavement and the heat transfer mechanism of road structure were explained, the method of establishing the heat transfer model and the basic heat transfer equation of pavement were summarized, and the ice-snow-water phase change, multi-field coupling and practical working condition problems in the heat transfer model of electric heating snow-melting pavement were discussed. Then, based on the heat transfer principle and heat transfer process of electric heating snow-melting pavement, the electric heating snow-melting pavement was divided into two parts, heat generating system and heat conducting system, and the influence of the design parameters of the heat generating system and the design parameters of the heat generating system(heating material, burial depth, layout spacing and input power, etc.)on the heat generating and snow melting effect of the pavement was sorted out and summarized. Subsequently, the influence of road material composition design, thermal conductivity evaluation and layer structure combination of the pavement heat conduction system was analyzed. Finally, the design of road material composition of pavement thermal conductivity system, the evaluation of thermal conductivity and the influence of layer structure combination were analyzed, and the limitations of the snow-melting effect evaluation method of electric heating snow-melting pavement technology were discussed. The results show that the current research of electric heating snow-melting pavement technology focuses on heat-conducting materials, system parameters and the influence of environmental factors. In the future, the technology should be researched from the aspects of snow-melting effect evaluation, energy consumption evaluation and road performance.3 tabs, 5 figs, 68 refs.
