Abstract:
In order to solve the problems existing in the after-sale service of bus enterprise and establish an improved after-sale service network, this paper provides a method of building different service zones. By means of line-distance method and Euclid method, the locations and the scales of service areas are reasonably solved. Meanwhile, the bus enterprise can define the perfect inventory through fixed-quantity system. The results indicate that: setting up after-sale service zone and appropriate center parts library can improve service efficiency and service quality, shorten the reaction time, and reduce service costs under meeting the needs of user. 9 refs.
