Abstract:
The ground contact pressure of the cold milling machine scraper blade directly affects the scrap material recovery, the milling groove smoothness and the working resistance. A detailed analysis about the formative principle of the scraper blade ground contact pressure and working resistance was done. The corresponding computation module was set, and the calculating formula of the scraper blade ground contact pressure and scraping resistance were derived. The pressure and resistance of a cold milling machine scraper blade were also calculated with the formula. The results show that, the reasonable value of the ground contact pressure and working resistance can be calculated by the theoretical model and calculating formula, and the problem of incomputability for the pressure and resistance can be overcame. The theory basis is provided for designing and controlling the cold milling machine. 6 figs, 6 refs.
