摘要:
为解决综合交通系统与旅游经济系统之间发展不平衡的问题,提高两系统协调发展水平,基于综合交通与旅游经济耦合机制,构建涵盖交通基础设施、交通运输水平、交通运载能力以及旅游经济效益与产业规模的多维度评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型,结合ArcGIS10.2软件,对2022年陕西省10个地市的综合交通与旅游经济发展水平及两系统间耦合协调关系进行实证测度与分析。研究结果表明:陕西省各地市综合交通发展水平为0.322 1~0.793 9,区域差异显著,呈现明显的非均衡分布特征; 旅游经济发展水平为0.149 8~0.816 1,空间梯度明显,呈“散面状”格局; 耦合协调度为0.452 2~0.897 1,协调类型涵盖良好协调、中级协调、初级协调、勉强协调和濒临失调5类,整体呈现“中部高、南北两翼低”的空间特征,关中地区凭借良好的交通条件与旅游资源禀赋,协调水平较高; 陕北、陕南受制于地理条件、经济基础及旅游开发程度等因素,协调发展仍面临明显制约; 研究结果揭示了交通与旅游融合进程中存在的结构性不均衡问题,并从强化设施联通、创新发展模式、推动区域协同等角度提出了相应政策建议,可推动综合交通系统与旅游经济融合发展。
Abstract:
To address the imbalanced development between the comprehensive transportation system and the tourism economy system and enhance their coordinated development level, this study constructed a multi-dimensional evaluation index system based on the coupling mechanism between comprehensive transportation and tourism economy. The system covered transportation infrastructure, transportation service level, transport capacity, tourism economic benefits and industrial scale. Using a coupling coordination degree model and ArcGIS 10.2 software, an empirical measurement and analysis were conducted on the development levels of comprehensive transportation and tourism economy, as well as the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems, across 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province in 2022.The results show that: the comprehensive transportation development levels of these cities range from 0.322 1 to 0.793 9, exhibiting significant regional disparities and a distinctly uneven distribution pattern. The tourism economy development levels range from 0.149 8 to 0.816 1, demonstrating clear spatial gradients and a “scattered surface” distribution. The coupling coordination degrees vary between 0.452 2 and 0.897 1, encompassing five types of coordination: well-coordinated, moderately coordinated, primarily coordinated, barely coordinated, and nearing imbalance. Spatially, the coordination levels display a pattern of “high in the central region and low in the northern and southern parts”. The Guanzhong region, endowed with favorable transportation conditions and rich tourism resources, exhibits a higher level of coordination. In contrast, Northern Shaanxi and Southern Shaanxi, constrained by geographical conditions, economic foundations, and tourism development levels, face significant challenges in achieving coordinated development.The findings reveal structural imbalance in the process of transportation-tourism integration. Policy recommendations are proposed from the perspectives such as enhancing facility connectivity, innovating development models, and promoting regional collaboration to facilitate the integrated development of comprehensive transportation system and tourism economy.7 tabs, 3 figs, 29 refs.
