Abstract:
To explore the change characteristics of reinforced interlayer bonding strength and the response characteristics that trigger the change, the semirigid asphalt pavement basesurface layer bonding of PC2 emulsified asphalt permeable layer and fiberreinforced rubber modified asphalt macadam sealing layer was taken as the object of study. The selfmade shearing and pullout devices were used to test the interlayer bonding strength under 10 combinations of prime coat and tack coat materials, the overall reinforced effect of the interlayer strength and its growth law at each stage were investigated. At the same time, based on temperature interval division and reverse modeling technology, the influence characteristics of temperature interval and mesoscopic interface morphology on the change of interlayer strength were analyzed. The results show that reinforced interlayer bonding significantly improves the interlayer shear and tensile strength, and the improvement effect on the tensile strength at room temperature and high temperature is more significant. Compared with the interlayer permeable oil, when the amount of rubber modified asphalt in the sealing layer changes, the contribution to the interlayer strength growth is greater, and both prime coat and tack coat materials have boundary points based on different amounts, thus forming a twostage feature of strength growth. In different temperature ranges, the changing trends of interlayer shear strength and tensile strength are different, and in the relatively high temperature range, the two kinds of strengths have a faster attenuation trend with increasing temperature. The area ratio is used as a characterization parameter of the interface morphology, there exists a limit value of 95% during the development of the interlayer shear strength. Once this limit value is exceeded, the interlayer shear strength no longer increases simultaneously with the K value. 6 tabs, 5 figs, 29 refs.
