Abstract:
In order to investigate the influences of different type of sticky material, spraying amount,test temperature, water environment, synchronous crushed stone of spraying and other factors on the interfacial shear strength of thin layer rubber asphalt composite pavement interlayer after washing and acid pickling, grooving, shot blasting under different processing technologies. The rubber asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and AF1 solventbased binder as sticky layer material were selected, and a modified pavement structure shear apparatus was used to explore the effect of sticky layer on the mechanical properties of rigidflexible composite pavement interlayer. The results show that the optimal dosages of rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt are 1.2 kg·m-2 when they are used as sticky layer material at 40 ℃, and the dosages of them can be increased by 0.1 to 0.2 kg·m-2 according to different grooving processes, shear strength is influenced by the temperature of the adhesive layer test, the water environment and other conditions, through shear test results, different the influence of sticky layer materials on the interfacial shear strength is ranked in descending order from AF1 solventbased adhesive SBS modified asphalt, to rubber asphalt,grooving process parameters, the groove width, the degree of encryption and grooving direction have an impact on the interfacial shear strength between the layers,the craft is simple, convenient, good for promotion, the treatment of acid corrosion, the treatment of surface scrubbing, the acid corrosion mode of combination of washing on surface and other treatment methods have a limited effect on improving the mesolevel roughness of the interface,interface pollution, water immersion and other adverse environmental conditions have influence on the interfacial bond strength, in which the water immersion has a greater effect, have influence on the interfacial bond strength, in which the water immersion has a greater effect; and in the case of ensuring the groove depth, reducing the groove spacing and encrypting groove measures can effectively improve the composite interface shear capacity. The linear regression equation between interlayer shear strength, interlayer shear deformation modulus and different variables (interface type, bonding material, etc.) is obtained by statistical analysis of the shear force parameters of interlayer interface.
