Abstract:
According to the fact that multi-inspection lines control independently in one vehicle inspecting station, and the function is limited to meet industrial measurement and control, based on the structural analysis of traditional vehicle single-inspection system, this paper designed a new architecture, which was suitable for vehicle multi-inspection lines, by using component-based software engineering methods and the fourth-generation technology of distributed control system. The architecture was divided into the process control level, the centralized monitoring level, the data service level, the management decision-making level and the customer service level. The practice proved that the multi-inspection lines can be integrated with control and management by the new architecture, which takes fuller advantage of the resource than the single-inspection control mode and dramatically improve the inspecting ability for inspecting station. By optimizing the network architecture, physical architecture, logical architecture, the new architecture not only can achieves the traditional functions of measurement and control, but also can integrate centralized control, distributed processing, resources sharing and service oriented into an information platform, which combines the functions of inspection, controlling, management and service. 4 figs, 12 refs.
