Abstract:
In order to arrange the highway construction projects scientifically and reasonably, the priority parameters of the highway construction projects were built up, and the priority model of the highway construction projects based on TOPSIS was proposed. Firstly, the priority parameters were taken as the index set, and the highway construction projects were taken as the domain set to establish the original decision-making matrix which was standardized by [0, 1] linear transformation. Secondly, the weights of priority parameters were determined by AHP and entropy with considereing the knowledge and experience of experts and information implicated in data, and the weighted standardized decision-making matrix was built up by combing original decision-making matrix with parameter weights. Thirdly, the positive and negative ideal solutions of the projects were determined based on TOPSIS in the operational research, and the highway construction projects priority was determined by calculating the close degrees of the projects about the negative ideal solution. Finally, this model was applied to determine the priority of five highway construction projects, the results illustrated the usefulness and validity of the model. 5 tabs, 12 refs.
