Abstract:
In order to determine the mechanical parameters of rock mass on strong weathered mica-quartz schist reasonably and efficiently, under the premise of engineering experience analogy method, as a means to test in situ, the feasibility to obtain the parameters was studied by the Hoek-Brown strength criterion based on the experience formula method. The results show that the empirical formula method to determine the parameters for the general slope engineering is feasible, the in-situ-test should be done to determine parameters for the important slope engineering. So a reliable way to obtain the weak rock mass mechanical strength parameters can be found. 8 tabs, 7 figs, 9 refs.
