Abstract:
In order to slow down the formidable shearing stress which is caused by the heavy traffic conditions with heavy load, heavy tire pressure and high velocity, to solve especially the wheel rut problems of asphalt concrete pavement under the channel traffic, this paper analyzed the maximum shearing stress in the unit and asphalt concrete pavement with semi-rigid base under different temperatures, and the different loads. A finite element modal is established to analysis maximum shear stress in asphalt concrete pavement on the semi-rigid pavement under different temperature, loads and contract conditions between layers. The result shows that asphalt pavement structure is not easy to occur shear failure under the conditions of low loads, temperature level and completely continuous contract between layers. 8 tabs, 2 figs, 9 refs.
