Abstract:
In order to reasonably control the expressway construction cost, based on the detailed statistics and investigation for expressway construction cost in 31 provinces in China, the influence law on expressway construction cost was deeply researched by factors such as the construction period, subgrade width, ratio of the bridges and tunnels, design speed, driveway number. The correlation degree of the influence factors on the construction cost was analyzed quantitatively by applying the grey theory and statistics. This paper puts forward the control measures for rising construction costs caused by the national policy, new ideas, price factor, land acquisition demolition, schedule change, engineering change, terrain condition etc. The research found that the influence degree of the factors from big to small is: in the mountainous terrain the rank number is ratio of the bridges and tunnels design speed and subgrade width, construction total time, construction begin time; in the plain terrain the queue is design speed and subgrade width, construction begin time, construction total time. The results can give a reference for presenting the control measures. 4 tabs, 5 figs, 12 refs.
