Abstract:
For the waste CNG/gasoline convertible-fuel engine oil, this paper arranged experiments with orthogonal design method and investigated the influence of test conditions, which are Na2SiO3 concentration,Na2SiO3 solution addition,mixing temperature, stirring time, stirring speed, sedimentation temperature, deposition time and other factors' on regenerated oil quality. The results show that the best process conditions are Na2SiO3 concentration 20%, Na2SiO3 solution addition 10%, mixing temperature 75 ℃,mixing time 20 min, stirring speed 1 000 r/min, deposition temperature from 70 ℃ to 80 ℃, deposition time more than 16 h. 5 tabs, 3 figs, 11 refs.
