Abstract:
In order to design the optimal mixture of cement-fly-ash, this paper adopted the design grading of aggregates, determined the best proportion of cement-fly-ash and admixtures and used the volume design method to get the cement-fly-ash stabilized mixture design. The regularity of the strength, rigidity, anti-contraction and anti-erosion performances of cement-fly-ash stabilized mixture varying with the ratio of cement and fly-ash was studied, and the optimal mixing of cement-fly-ash was decided with the grey relation analysis based on the synthetic performances. The results show: the mechanical performances of cement-fly-ash stabilized mixture increases, and the anti-contraction and anti-erosion performances decreases as the proportion of cement-fly-ash raising; the synthetic performances increases when the proportion of cement-fly-ash raises, and Na2CO3 can help to improve the synthetic performances, but the lime is not; decreasing the proportion of cement-fly-ash can improve the synthetic performances on the basis of meeting the minimum requirement of performances. 7 tabs, 6 refs.
