Abstract:
The early cracks often take place in cement pavement, and the organic grouting material can not satisfy harsh crack interface conditions and natural environment, so the styrene/acrylic copolymer emulsion modified U-R161 superfine cement crack repairing material(RMFC)was developed, and its workability was studied, its mechanical strength, crack adhesive property, contractibility and durability were researched by experiments. The results show that its flexural strength enhances above 50%, its compressive strength increases about 36%, the interfacial bond strength, impermeability, corrosion resistance and wear resistance are improved. 4 tabs, 8 figs, 10 refs.
