Abstract:
In order to improve screening efficiency and productivity, this paper puts forward dual-frequency vibration screening program, sets up the mechanical model of dual-frequency vibration screening, makes simulation calculation of screening process, makes an analysis of the trajectories of the sieve points, develops an experimental prototype, carries out the test of the parameters match,and conducts a comparative test with the single-frequency vibration. Theoretical analysis and experiments shows that: the main parameters of dual-frequency vibration are the frequency ratio, amplitude ratio and phase angle between the dual-band; the better combinations of the parameters are: at low-frequency, the frequency of 32 Hz, the frequency ratio is 1:3; at low-frequency amplitude, the amplitude is 2.5 mm, the amplitude ratio is 3:1, the initial phase difference is 90 °. 7 tabs, 6 figs, 10 refs.
