Abstract:
The dynamic equations of vehicles and bridges are deduced with virtual work principle and finite element method. With the general software ANSYS, this paper studies a finite element iterative method of vehiclebridge coupled system based on contact point meeting contact force and the compatibility conditions of displacement between the bridge and vehicle. The coupled vibration of vehiclebridge is analyzed based on conditions of different vehicle speed and centrifugal force and unevenness of deck with the example of a highway curvedbridge. The result verifies that: centrifugal force has little influence on vertical dynamic response, but strengthen dynamic response of bridge torsion angle; with vehicle speed increasing, the amplitude of vibration is higher and higher, the frequency is lower and lower, and the period is getting longer; the unevenness of deck should be considered in analyzing its great influence on coupled vibration of vehiclebridge. 2 tabs, 11 figs, 18 refs.
