Abstract:
Based on the application of microwave heating in asphalt pavement maintain, the efficiency and depth of 5.8 GHz and 2.45 GHz frequency microwave for heating asphalt mixture are contrastively studied, and the influence to the road performance is analyzed. The results show that: the increase of frequency is helpful to improve the efficiency of heating asphalt mixture, the heating depth can be reduced greatly; 2.45 GHz frequency microwave for heating asphalt mixture has little damage on the road performance of asphalt mixture, the stability at high temperature and anticracking performance at low temperature are damaged by 5.8 GHz frequency microwave, but the water resistibility of the mixture after being heated can be promoted. The utilization of 5.8 GHz frequency microwave in the asphalt pavement maintenance is the future development direction. 7 figs, 10 refs.
