Abstract:
Through utilizing agricultural and geographic regionalization methods, applying the equal probability method and computer GIS program, this paper studies highway climate, physiognomy and geology regionalization in Guangxi with 14 three levels climate regions (including regionalization map and index characteristic) and 7 three levels regions, establishes the database associated with the three levels natural regionalization for highway construction. The natural regionalization method and highway three levels natural nominated method are discussed. The research principle and method system for the three levels climate, physiognomy and geology are given by integrating physical regionalization with grading unit system and naming the regions in Guangxi. The results show that: the study not only provides reference and basis for the further highway special regionalization and integrated natural regionalization, but also completes and clears the relative relationship between principles and methods in research of highway natural regionalization. 3 tabs, 3 figs, 10 refs.
