- Abstract:
- To reveal the influence mechanism of urban built environment on travel behavior and explore a more accurate research method between the two. On the basis of statistical analysis of relevant literature in WOS and CNKI databases, the acquisition and processing methods of travel behavior data under the big data context were summarized, and the efficiency and accuracy of data processing by datadriven methods were clarified. Further, the VOSviewer software was used to analyze the literature and obtain three research hotspots of built environment and travel behavior, namely, the relationship between built environment and travel behavior, residents travel attitude, and research methods of various travel modes. The modeling factors including dependent variables (urban built environment, residents travel attitudes and other factors) and independent variables (travel behavior measurement) were analyzed, and the representational factors describing travel behavior indicators and peoples understanding of built environment in different periods were summarized. Based on the hypothesis of linear or generalized linear relationship between built environment and travel behavior, the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of linear or generalized linear and nonlinear modeling research methods were reviewed. Through the review and discussion of the current research situation, the future research direction was proposed from the aspects of data acquisition, factor analysis, method improvement and so on. The results show that the data collection methods need to be improved, for example, parking data in the dimension of demand management is not widely popularized, and new ways of data acquisition need to be further explored. To make reasonable improvement strategies for the built environment, the influence of built environment and residents travel attitude (mainly including residents selfselection and the subjective cognition of built environment) on travel behavior are distinguished. The hybrid models that can overcome the shortcomings of a single linear or generalized linear and nonlinear model are further explored to more accurately reflect the evolution mechanism of travel behavior with the change of built environment. The research has guiding significance for urban land use planning and provides technical support for public transportoriented urban development. 3 tabs, 3 figs, 85 refs.
