- Abstract:
- n order to solve the lack of independent intellectual property rights (IPR) development environment in Chinese construction machinery controller, high cost of hardware system and slow multi-task response. The paper proposed a novel low-cost multi-core heterogeneous development platform of construction machinery controller with independent IPR. The hardware platform adopted low-cost microcontroller model based on task division and established hardware function modules such as motion control board, augmented SPI bus, IO board, analog signal board and central communication board. Every function module could combine freely according to demand. The software platform autonomously designed Engineer C programming language and its respondent compiler and debugged the integrated development environment. The results show that software function modules such as text editing, graphical editing, automatic code generation, and automatic generation of software document achieve the expectation in function and part of them reach the level of software VS. The combine text of hardware and software prototype system shows that the platform can achieve the rapid development and debugging and has the ability to further be industrialized.
