- Abstract:
- In order to get a simple and feasible method for internal force calculation, grasp the load transverse distribution law and provide reference for the design of single box multi-cell girder with corrugated steel webs, a formula for calculating load transverse distribution coefficient of single box multi-cell PC composite girder with corrugated steel webs was deduced with rigid beam method on the basis of equivalent plane plate-girder model, and static load test for a single box double-cell girder with corrugated steel webs was conducted to verify the applicability of the rigid beam method. Impacts of inclination and material of web on transverse load distribution were discussed by static load tests for a single box double-cell girder with inclined corrugated steel webs and a single box double-cell PC girder. The results show that the rigid beam method is prudent for shear transverse distribution calculation, and it has the highest precision for calculation of moment transverse distribution. Load transverse distribution of single box multi-cell PC composite girder with corrugated steel webs is more uneven than that of PC box girder. Inclination of side web has effect on moment transverse distribution, but the effect on deflection and shear transverse distribution can be ignored. Transverse distribution of the middle-branch reaction force is more uneven at the ends. Transverse distribution of the side-beam reaction force is basically the same along the whole length of the bridge. The side girder shares almost all loads.
