Abstract:
For the specific application environment of airport transporters, their steering system has higher requirements for response speed, accuracy and stability. In order to meet the design requirements of airport transporter steering system design programs, two steering systems were proposed, mathematical models of steering mechanism were set up, and the hydraulic motor steering system met the design requirements by comparing and analyzing the two programs, when there was a wide-angle. Using incremental PID control method, the implementation of the hydraulic motor steering control system was designed. A model was simulated by using AMESim. The results show that response speed, accuracy and stability of the airport transporter steering system have been greatly improved. The rationality and feasibility of the design of the hydraulic motor steering system are proved. This paper provides a reference for similar products for improving steering system. 2 tabs, 8 figs,9 refs.
