Abstract:
Since the implementation of western development policy, the western region economic and social development has undergone earth-shaking changes. Currently, the contradiction between the economic and social demand and supply of construction land is obvious. In addition, the urban land use is constrained by vulnerable ecological environment. In this special condition, it is of great significance to make research on the urban land intensive use in western area. Based on the above, Firstly, this paper took 84 prefectural-level and above cities as examples, made research on urban land intensive use level by using the principal component analysis; Secondly, analyzed influencing factors of urban land intensive use more systematically; Finally, several effective measures and suggestions were put forward to strengthen the urban land intensive use according to correlative research results. 3 tabs, 2 figs, 11 refs.
