Abstract:
In order to understand the partial difference between the practical and the predicted speed based on theory method, the mechanism of horizontal and vertical alignment effect on the travel speed of vehicle was analyzed. The results indicate that, after obtaining the predicted theoretical operating speeds form cross and vertical section, the main and the secondary factor can be determinate based on the size of speeds. And the lesser of predicted theoretical operating speeds from cross and vertical section was deemed to the main speed, and the biggish was the subordinate influencing the main speed. According to different vehicle model, the main speed can be amended using the subordinate factor. And then, the closer to the practical prediction model of theoretical operating speed based on combination alignment of cross and vertical section was set up. 1 fig, 15 refs.
