Abstract:
Index system construction and index selection is core of hydrological regionalization. This paper puts forward two-stage system of hydrological regionalization and the principle of index selection based on the study of the relationship between hydrological factors and highway engineering. The runoff depth is chosen as the leading index of first-order regionalization, the rainstorm regional characteristic and water system basin characteristic are chosen as auxiliary index, the intensity of slope runoff and river runoff are chosen as the leading and auxiliary index of second-order regionalization. Based on the analysis of influencing factors of regionalization index and there effect to highway engineering, this paper establishes the index system of hydrological regionalization for highway in China. China was divided into 6 first-order hydrology districts by GIS. 1 tab, 1 fig, 11 refs.
