Abstract:
In order to set the road toll reasonable,based on the analysis of each road toll model,according to the differential benefits integrant part of a road and the relationship of vehicle speedcurrent capacity, the value of time in the way of cargo,vehicles and passengers is analyzed.The vehicle operation expense model is established from the wear of tire,the fuel and lubrication consumption and the vehicles maintenance,and the contribution factors of security and comfort are analyzed.Combined the above factors,the differential benefit computer model of a toll road is obtained. Taking the differential benefit as the foundation,and giving users about 50% preferential benefit,the toll road model is obtained.In this way,the traditional road model is improved and the value of the road toll is more accurate,so the toll standard can be accepted both by road investors and users. 5 tabs, 8 refs.
