为了明晰双连拱钢波纹板涵洞与其他涵洞形式的变形特征差异,先采用数值模拟的方法,对比并排圆形钢波纹板涵洞、双连拱钢波纹板涵洞在填土荷载作用下的变形及应力分布规律,得到双连拱混凝土基座钢波纹板涵洞受力变形特征,并通过对依托工程钢波纹板环向应力随填土高度的现场测试,进行对比验证。结果表明:由于混凝土基座的限位作用,变形量远小于圆形钢波纹板涵洞,应看作是刚性结构,不宜采用环向压力理论的极限状态法进行安全检算;其轴力由拱顶向两侧拱脚逐渐增加,拱脚部位的数值是最小的,轴力数值大于圆形钢波纹板涵洞;拱顶部位弯矩方向向洞内,拱腰以下弯矩方向向洞外,弯矩数值小于圆形钢波纹板涵洞。除此之外,钢波纹板的变形及应力分布规律整体上是一致的,验证了数值计算的正确性,但受螺栓连接造成结构刚度不连续及施工填土压实度不足的影响,双连拱混凝土基座钢波纹板涵洞易出现应力集中现象,拱顶及拱腰部位是最不利位置,涵洞的整体安全性显著降低。建议双连拱钢波纹板涵洞施工中需要特别注意螺栓连接的施工质量及填土压实度,以保证涵洞结构的填土施工安全。
Abstract:
In order to clarify the deformation characteristics of doublearch soilsteel bridge contrasted with other culvert forms, the deformation and stress distribution of circular steel corrugated plate culvert and double arch steel corrugated plate culvert under fill load were evaluated by numerical simulation. The deformation and stress characteristics of doublearch soilsteel bridges with concrete foundation were obtained. Furthermore, the difference between the data was compared by the field test of the circumferential stress of the corrugated plate with the height of the fill. The results show that due to the limited effect of concrete foundations, the deformation of the culvert is far less than that of the circular soilsteel bridge, so it should be characterized as a rigid structure. The limited state method of circumferential pressure theory should not be used for safety checks. The axial force increases gradually from the arch crown to both sides of the arch foot, and the value of the arch foot is the minimum. The direction of moment in the arch crown is to the inside of the culvert, and the moment below the arch waist is toward the outside of the culvert. In addition, the law of deformation and stress distribution of the corrugated steel plate is consistent, and the correctness of the numerical calculation is verified. But due to the discontinuity of structural stiffness caused by bolt connection and insufficient compaction of construction fill, the doublearch soilsteel bridge with concrete foundation is prone to stress concentration, so the safety of culverts is decreased significantly. To enhance the safety of filling construction of culvert structure, it is proposed that attention should be paid to the construction quality of bolt connection and the compactness of filling soil in the construction of similar projects. 2 tabs, 25 figs, 26 refs.
