摘要:
为了明确液压系统中压力波动对系统性能的影响,以自主开发的船用柴油机的电液式可变气门系统为基础,建立柴油机压力波动评价体系。采用试验与仿真相结合的方法,研究了进油电磁阀的最大开度d(2.5~4.0 mm)和供油压力P(10~13 MPa)的耦合作用对电磁阀后液压油路各点(a,b,…,i)瞬时压力变化特征值(Pa~Pi)和特征相位(βa~βi)的影响。研究结果表明:瞬时压力特征值Pa、Pb、Pc、Pd、Pf、Pg、Ph、Pi随供油压力和最大开度的增加而增加,Pe随供油压力和最大开度的增加而减小;当最大开度d≥3.5 mm时,进油量达到限位孔高度,特征参数不再变化;特征相位βa、βg几乎不受供油压力和最大开度的影响,βb随最大开度的增加略有提前,几乎不受供油压力的影响;βc、βd、βf均随供油压力和最大开度的增加而提前,βe随最大开度的增加而提前,但几乎不受供油压力的影响;βh、βi随供油压力和最大开度的增加而延后。
Abstract:
In order to clarify the influence of hydraulic pressure fluctuation on the hydraulic system performance the hydraulic system, based on the electrohydraulic variable valve system of marine diesel engine, the evaluation system of pressure fluctuation was established, and the method of combining experiment and simulation was used. The maximum opening d (2.5~4.0 mm) and fuel supply pressure P (10~13 MPa) on the instantaneous pressure variation eigenvalues (Pa~Pi) and characteristic phase (βa~βi) of hydraulic oil path after solenoid valve of the oil intake solenoid valve was studied. The results show that the characteristic parameter Pa,Pb,Pc,Pd,Pf,Pg,Ph,Pi increased with the increase of oil supply pressure and maximum opening, while the Pe value is decreased with the increase of oil supply pressure and maximum opening. When the maximum opening d≥3.5 mm, the oil quantity reaches the limit hole, the characteristic parameters no longer change, and the characteristic phase βa and βg are almost unaffected by the oil supply pressure and the maximum opening, and βb increases slightly with the increase of the maximum opening. βc, βd, βf are advanced with the increase of oil supply pressure and maximum opening, and βe is earlier with the increase of maximum opening, but almost unaffected by oil supply pressure. βh, βi delay with the increase of oil supply pressure and maximum opening. 3 tabs, 16 figs, 25 refs.
