摘要:
为实现公路路域太阳能资源的规模化开发利用,建立基于公路基础设施空间分布、物理构成和含能特征的发电潜力分层评估方法。将公路基础设施系统划分为连通设施、管维设施、服务设施3大类,分析各类设施的构成、光伏发电应用的技术复杂性及可利用边界条件; 基于太阳辐照计算模型,提出路域太阳能资源发电潜力的分层评估计算模型,包含初步潜力评估、一般潜力评估与应用潜力评估3个层次。其中,初步潜力为地区太阳辐照水平评估,采用区域水平辐照总量、水平面总辐照稳定度和太阳能资源直射比,按照影响程度加权评分形成评估指标; 一般潜力为路域光伏发电时空分布和总体经济效益评估,发电量计算采用路域范围水平投影面积和水平辐照; 应用潜力为路域典型场景光伏发电量精细化计算及电力供求关系评估,针对重点部位采用倾斜面辐照与光伏布设面积计算发电潜力,基于供需匹配约束提供储能设施容量配置设计指导。针对陕西某节段150 km高速公路,进行发电潜力分层评估方法的实证分析。研究结果表明:该节段高速公路光伏开发初步潜力评估均分为71.18分,大于60分阈值,具备一定光伏开发潜力; 一般潜力评估为年际发电量约3.36×108 kW·h,总体投入产出比为0.68,具有良好开发经济性; 服务区2应用潜力为年际发电量约1.14×106 kW·h,在典型用能条件下,须配备储能设施容量为5.57×103 kW·h; 建立的路域光伏资源开发潜力分层评估方法具有较强可行性,可为公路交通系统太阳能清洁能源的规模化利用和规划设计提供理论支撑。
Abstract:
To achieve large-scale development and utilization of solar energy resources in highway domains, a layered evaluation method for power generation potential was established based on the spatial distribution, physical composition, and energy characteristics of highway infrastructure. The highway infrastructure system was categorized into three types, connecting facilities, maintenance facilities, and service facilities. The composition of each type, the technical complexity of photovoltaic power generation applications, and the available boundary conditions were analyzed. Based on the solar irradiance calculation model, a layered evaluation calculation model for the power generation potential of highway solar energy resources was proposed, which includes three levels, preliminary potential evaluation, general potential evaluation, and application potential evaluation. The preliminary potential refered to the evaluation of regional solar irradiance levels, using the total regional horizontal irradiance, the stability of total horizontal irradiance, and the direct ratio of solar energy resources, weighted and scored according to their impact to form the evaluation indicators. The general potential involved evaluating the spatiotemporal distribution and overall economic benefits of photovoltaic power generation in the highway domain, with power generation calculated using the horizontal projection area within the highway domain and horizontal irradiance. The application potential involved the refined calculation of photovoltaic power generation for typical scenarios in the highway domain and the evaluation of the power supply and demand relationship. For key areas, inclined irradiance and the photovoltaic layout area were used to calculate power generation potential, and storage facility capacity configuration guidance was provided based on supply-demand matching constraints. An empirical analysis of a stratified evaluation method for photovoltaic power generation potential was conducted for a 150 km section of a highway in Shaanxi. The results show that the preliminary assessment of the photovoltaic development potential for this highway section scores an average of 71.18 points, exceeding the threshold of 60 points, suggesting a certain level of photovoltaic development potential. The general potential evaluation shows an estimated annual power generation of approximately 3.36×108 kW·h, with an overall input-output ratio of 0.68, indicating good economic feasibility for development. The application potential in service area 2 is estimated to have an annual power generation of about 1.14×106 kW·h, and under typical energy use conditions, it requires an energy storage capacity of 5.57×103 kW·h. The stratified evaluation method for assessing the development potential of roadside photovoltaic resources established in this paper is considered highly feasible and can provide theoretical support for the large-scale utilization and planning of solar clean energy in the highway transportation system.7 tabs, 10 figs, 35 refs.
